A long time ago, it was decreed that every village on Earth should have an idiot.
Back then it was easy for each village to maintain their idiot, and each country's population was sufficiently spread out that no idiot had any chance of stumbling to another village and meeting another idiot.
However, as Earth's population approaches 8 billion (We only reached 7 billion about 10 years ago FFS!), and with idiots now having access to the internet, thanks to (ironically) 5G, idiots everywhere are converging online, where they fall for obvious cons and end up spreading fuckwitted misinformation.
The beacon was lit; help had been summoned.
Help in the form of a man on a motorbike, taking the piss out of the deluded fools who think projection, cognative bias, and "trust me, bro" are good comebacks to "Why the fuck would you believe something so ridiculous?"
